Donations and Sponsorships

Friends of the Bethlehem Mounted Police: A Not-for-Profit Corporation Supporting the Bethlehem Mounted Patrol Unit.

Through your generosity and community support, Friends of the Bethlehem Mounted Police (FBMP) is able to financially support the horses of the Bethlehem Mounted Patrol relieving city taxpayers from any tax burden for their care. FBMP is proud to provide these horses to the City of Bethlehem Police Department for their use in protecting and serving the community.

Adopt-a-Horse.

The Adopt-A-Horse (AAH) program provides opportunities for local businesses, corporations, clubs, and private individuals to sponsor one of the Unit’s horses. The AAH sponsorships are a three-year commitment (approximately $5,000 per year) that help to cover a considerable portion of the yearly operational costs associated with each horse to include feed, hay, bedding, equipment, shoeing, and routine veterinary care. Email us below for more information for the Adopt-a-Horse program.

Legacy Gifting.

Through thoughtful planning, estate gifts and contributions to our endowments provide a lasting gift to the sustainability of the organization. Your estate gift will help ensure that we will have the necessary financial resources to provide for the future of the horses of the Bethlehem Mounted Patrol. By leaving a legacy gift, your values will live on in the good works of your favorite charity. We recommend that you consult with your financial advisor to assist you in planning your estate as you remember Friends of the Bethlehem Mounted Police in your will. For further information or assistance, please reach out to Friends of the Bethlehem Mounted Police via email through the link below or phone us at 484-893-0801.

Targeted Capital Project Sponsorships.

The Targeted Project Sponsorships program is a growth initiative designed to support Friends of the Bethlehem Mounted Police. Participants gifting $2,500 or more may be interested in this giving option. This program enables contributors to enjoy naming or memorial opportunities as sponsors for various capital growth projects such as facility enhancement and other endeavors to ultimately benefit the welfare of the horses. Paddock shelters, expanded fencing, truck, farm equipment, the barn annex, and pasture maintenance are some of the projects currently underway and in need of sponsorship. Email us below for more information on the program.
